Diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by lack of the hormone insulin in person's body. Lack causes sugar (glucose) consumed body to be imperfect. This situation patient experience hyperglycemia or excess blood sugar. In diabetes, condition excessive levels can result long-term damage, dysfunction and failure various organs, especially feces, kidneys, nerves, heart vessels. study aims determine glucose before after application foot exercises. With method writing this using data collection methods, with 2 clients affected Mellitus. The tool used measure glucometer. results showed that management overcome instability diabetes mellitus done applying exercise techniques. From it concluded there are changes implementing diabetic exercises improve circulation legs prevent swelling injuries feet. Further researchers advised increase number respondents so they reduce more from study
